Terms of Service
Legal terms and conditions governing your use of Klaps services, including our community platform, creative studio, strategic agency, and learning ecosystem.
By accessing and using Klaps services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of:
- Klaps Community - Membership platform, events, workspace access
- Klaps Studio - Creative services including branding, development, design
- Klaps Agency - Strategic consulting and business advisory services
- Klaps Learning Platform - Educational content, sessions, and tutoring services
If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are not authorized to use or access our services.
2.1 Community Platform
Klaps provides a professional community platform offering networking opportunities, peer-led learning sessions, collaborative workspaces, and access to global talent networks. Community services include:
- Membership tiers (Explorer, Member, Creator)
- Event attendance and hosting privileges
- Workspace access in Seoul (Gangnam location)
- Professional networking and collaboration tools
2.2 Creative Studio Services
Professional creative services delivered by our global talent network:
- Brand identity design and strategy
- Web and mobile application development
- Market research and competitive analysis
- AI-powered content creation systems
- Digital marketing and growth strategies
2.3 Strategic Agency Consulting
High-level business consulting and strategic advisory services:
- Business strategy development
- Market expansion planning
- Operational optimization
- Executive advisory and coaching
2.4 Learning Platform
Educational services including language learning and professional development:
- Interactive lessons and tutorials
- One-on-one and group tutoring sessions
- Skill assessments and progress tracking
- Certification programs
3.1 User Conduct
All community members must:
- Treat all members with respect and professionalism
- Contribute constructively to discussions and collaborations
- Respect intellectual property and confidential information
- Follow workspace guidelines and safety protocols
- Report inappropriate behavior to community moderators
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Spamming, soliciting, or unauthorized commercial activities
- Violating privacy or sharing personal information without consent
- Disrupting events or community activities
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls
3.3 Content Standards
All user-generated content must be appropriate for a professional environment. Klaps reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
4.1 Klaps Intellectual Property
The Klaps platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation, is the exclusive property of Klaps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share on our platform. However, by using our services, you grant Klaps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
4.3 Client Work
For Studio and Agency services, intellectual property rights in deliverables are transferred to clients upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Klaps retains the right to use project case studies for marketing purposes unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.
5.1 Community Memberships
- Explorer membership is free with limited access
- Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance
- No refunds for partial month usage
- Membership benefits are non-transferable
5.2 Studio & Agency Services
- Project fees are outlined in individual service agreements
- Payment schedules vary by project scope and duration
- Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
- All fees are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise specified
5.3 Learning Platform
- Session fees are paid in advance via our booking system
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund
- No-shows forfeit full payment
- Package deals are non-refundable but transferable within validity period
5.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For community memberships, we offer pro-rated refunds only in exceptional circumstances. Service projects follow their individual agreements for refund terms.
6.1 Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high service availability, Klaps does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
6.2 User Interactions
Klaps is not liable for disputes, damages, or issues arising from interactions between community members, including but not limited to collaborative projects, networking activities, or business relationships formed through our platform.
6.3 Third-Party Content
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with external services. Klaps is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such external resources.
6.4 Maximum Liability
In no event shall Klaps' total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Klaps in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
