The starting point
Passport Baits began with a clear market idea: give Australian anglers easier access to premium lures from Japan and other specialist makers. The founder had a hand-drawn product interface, but no brand system, storefront, catalog architecture, or launch operation.
Built from ground zero
One team owned the whole launch.
Over four weeks, klaps translated the sketch into a distinctive Shopify storefront. We defined the brand and purchase journey; built product templates around maker, model, length, weight, colour, and origin; configured the catalog, payments, and shipping; and handled QA and launch. Frequent feedback kept decisions moving between Australia and Korea.
