The challenge

The brand had international demand, but global buyers were being pushed through domestic assumptions: unclear shipping context, currency friction, payment uncertainty, and product pages written for the home market.

The solution

KLAPS separated the global buyer path into a Shopify-led flow with localized currency display, clearer checkout messaging, market-specific product context, and support notes for international orders. Visual and copy updates were kept close to the brand instead of turning the site into a generic translated store.

The operating result

The team gained a clearer international purchase path and a support-ready operating flow for future drops. Conversion and sales claims are intentionally excluded here until the underlying analytics and client approval are verified.
